Agreement between user and AblePro Cleaning Ltd

Welcome to AblePro Cleaning Ltd. The website www.ableprocleaning.co.uk (the “Site”) is owned and operated by AblePro Cleaning Ltd. (“AblePro Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

Service Overview
AblePro Cleaning Ltd. provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to home cleaning, office cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other cleaning services. Our services are available to individuals, businesses, organisations and other entities within Birmingham and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

Electronic Communications
By visiting www.ableprocleaning.co.uk or sending emails to info@ableprocleaning.co.uk, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Booking: To confirm a service, customers must provide accurate information via our online booking system or customer service. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email, SMS, or both.

Reschedules & Cancellations: We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a £50 fee. This fee also applies if our cleaner arrives and is unable to gain access to the property at the agreed time due to customer error. Your understanding helps us maintain fairness and reliability for both clients and staff.

Complaints: If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of completion. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll happily arrange a free re-clean if needed to make things right. We’re committed to delivering spotless results every time!

Employment Solicitation Prohibited
All cleaning personnel are employed or contracted by AblePro Cleaning Ltd. Clients agree not to solicit or hire any of our current or former employees, directly or indirectly, for a period of 12 months following the end of their engagement with us. Breach of this clause will incur a £500 referral fee, payable immediately.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse the contents, services or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Therefore , AblePro Cleaning Ltd. is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from their use.

User Responsibilities
You agree to use our Site and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with the functionality of the Site or violate the rights of others using our services.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Ensure accurate and complete booking information.
Provide access to the premises at the agreed time.
Secure any valuables or sensitive items prior to service.
Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if we believe the premises are unsafe, unsanitary beyond a reasonable level, or if our staff are subject to abuse or discrimination.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of AblePro Cleaning Ltd. and is protected under UK intellectual property laws and copyright. No part of this content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for any purpose without our written permission.

Payment & Charges Terms
All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking using a secure debit or credit card. We do not offer credit or payment-on-arrival options. Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. For custom or offline bookings arranged through our contact form or by phone, payment may be accepted via bank transfer. In such cases, official bank details will only be provided after booking confirmation by AblePro Cleaning Ltd.
Important Note: To protect against fraud, only make payments to bank details provided directly by us. AblePro Cleaning Ltd is not liable for losses caused by payments made to unofficial or fraudulent accounts.

In the rare event of an outstanding balance due to a failed or reversed transaction, a £15 late payment fee will apply for each day the balance remains unpaid. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services and legal recovery action, including recovery of all related costs and debt collection fees.

We accept major debit/credit cards and secure bank transfers (for approved offline bookings only).

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AblePro Cleaning Ltd. disclaims any warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services or information on our Site, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to services is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AblePro Cleaning Ltd., its employees, contractors, directors, affiliate and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use/ misuse of the Site or services, or any breach of these Terms

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time and without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable law or misuse our platform.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes/ Updates to Terms
AblePro Cleaning Ltd. may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Site, and continued use of the Site or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
