Payments are simple, secure, and convenient. For all online bookings, you can use our booking system to select your service and pay upfront using a debit or credit card. All payment and personal information is protected with advanced encryption technology.

For custom or offline bookings arranged through our contact form or by phone, we may accept bank transfers. In such cases, our official bank details will be provided only after your booking is confirmed directly by AblePro Cleaning Ltd.

Important Note: To protect against fraud, only make payments to bank details provided directly by us. AblePro Cleaning Ltd is not responsible for any losses resulting from payments made to unofficial or fraudulent accounts.

We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a £50 fee. This fee also applies if our cleaner arrives and cannot access the property. Your understanding helps us maintain fairness and reliability for both clients and staff.

We only work with the best. Each cleaner goes through our rigorous 5-step screening process, which evaluates reliability, experience, punctuality, work ethic, communication, and integrity. Only the top 5% pass. All cleaners are background-checked and receive additional training to ensure top-notch service.
